All orders we have on stock are shipped after we have received the payment within 48 hours between Monday and Friday 08:00h - 14:00h. Products we do not have on stock we reorder immediately. Delivery can vary from 2 to 4 weeks, depending where the goods come from.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Spanish Post (Correos) Basic shipment
Spanish Post (Correos) Registered shipment (with tracking number)
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your
order with the tracking information. Please note that Spanish Post (Correos) in its basic service does not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your
products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown
what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your
order or change the carrier.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in
stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second
All products we sell are protected with a password. You must enquire for this password via email once you have received the goods. This email is like a confirmation that goods have arrived. If you decide to return the product, you can do this only before you have received the password. After we have sent the password to you, a return is not possible anymore.
